TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

Welcome to SimplifyNote! These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to the use of the SimplifyNote website and browser extension (the "Service") provided by SimplifyNote Private Limited ("SimplifyNote," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

Description of the Service

SimplifyNote is an ed-tech startup that offers a browser extension that allows users to easily take notes from anywhere on the web and add them to Google Docs with just one click. The extension enables users to add text, images, and quotes from web pages, YouTube, and PDFs.

 

Use of the Service

SimplifyNote may be used by individuals of all ages, including children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have obtained such consent.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are under the age of 13, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Termination

SimplifyNote may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

SimplifyNote reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

 

Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SimplifyNote is located. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SimplifyNote and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and SimplifyNote with respect to the Service.

 

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

Waiver

The failure of SimplifyNote to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

 

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your rights and obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of SimplifyNote. SimplifyNote may assign or transfer this Agreement or its rights and obligations hereunder, without your consent or notice.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Service.
